As a dropshipping-based online store, we work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners who ship products directly to customers. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may request a return within five (5) days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered, and returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or included items. Proof of purchase or a valid order confirmation must also be provided. Returns submitted without prior approval from our support team may not be accepted.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us by email at codedvoiceorg@gmail.com. When submitting a request, customers should include their order number, full name, product name, reason for the return, and any supporting photographs or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once the request has been reviewed, our support team will provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, the issue must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting codedvoiceorg@gmail.com and providing clear photos or videos of the problem. Failure to report such issues within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature. These may include personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, downloadable digital products, personal care and hygiene items, opened beauty products, perishable goods, clearance products, promotional items, final-sale products, and any product that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modification by the customer.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. The time required for the refund to appear in a customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved. In most cases, approved refunds are reflected within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days. Shipping fees, payment processing charges, taxes, and handling fees may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Order cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters the processing or shipping stage. However, once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a supplier, fulfillment center, or shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers are therefore encouraged to review their order carefully before completing a purchase.
Estimated delivery times for most orders are between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days. These delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, courier delays, supplier processing times, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. FlexDeals shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, shipping companies, suppliers, or force majeure events.

While we carefully select our suppliers and strive to maintain high standards of service, product availability, packaging variations, inventory levels, shipping schedules, and fulfillment processes may vary depending on supplier operations.
To protect both customers and our business, FlexDeals reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or other requests where fraudulent activity, abuse of policies, unauthorized transactions, chargeback misuse, or violations of our terms and conditions are suspected.
We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
