All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and verification. Most orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, although processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier operations, seasonal demand, and other factors. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days may be processed on the next available business day. FlexDeals reserves the right to delay or suspend order processing if additional verification is required for security, fraud prevention, payment validation, or operational reasons.

FlexDeals operates using a dropshipping and third-party fulfillment business model. Products listed on our website may be sourced, packed, and shipped directly by independent suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners. As a result, products included within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Packaging styles, shipping methods, and fulfillment procedures may vary depending on the supplier responsible for the order.

The estimated delivery time for most orders is between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customer location, supplier processing times, courier performance, transportation conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, regional restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, FlexDeals may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping offers on selected products, categories, or orders. Such promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

Where tracking services are available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped. Customers should note that tracking updates may not appear immediately and may take several days to become visible within the courier's tracking system. Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a problem with the shipment.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. FlexDeals shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, inaccurate contact information, or the customer's failure to receive a package at the designated delivery location. In cases where a shipment must be resent due to incorrect customer-provided information, additional shipping fees may apply.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, transportation delays, customs inspections, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, government regulations, labor disruptions, supplier delays, high seasonal demand, or other force majeure events. FlexDeals shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers, fulfillment partners, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Upon receiving notification, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant supplier, courier, or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue. However, investigation and resolution times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and supplier involved.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages immediately upon delivery. If a package or product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photographs of the damaged package and product. Failure to report shipping-related damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement, refund, or other remedies available under our policies.

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination country restrictions, supplier availability, and courier coverage. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, clearance charges, or other government-imposed charges applicable in their country unless otherwise explicitly stated by FlexDeals.
